Go Film Magazine App Reviews

Saw this app advertised at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival and decided to check it out. So glad I did. Ive been enjoying FREE short films on the convenience of my iPad for a week now. Apps like these are great for filmmakers or anyone interested in short films in general. Looking forward to next months issue. Thanks Go Social!

Really nice use of the platform for sure, it takes advantage of what the iPad has to offer to deliver meaningful insight into short films and the many approaches to making them. This is a great and overdue addition to the worlds of digital publishing and short film.

OMG finally I can watch short films on my ipad for free! What a wonderful and useful app for both viewers and filmmakers! It is super convinient and has a lot of info. Definitely worth downloading!

I love the idea behind this magazine. Its like I have the future in my hands. I love the behind the scenes articles and then the opportunity to see the actual film right in the app! Brilliant!

I loved the content and great interaction of the first issue and it was a short one. The wait for the. Second issue is taking for ever sadly I thought this would be a monthly this but three months have gone by with no hint of a new issue. I hope a new one comes out soon or Im just going to make room for subscriptions that send out new material on a better timely basis

Showcases the great medium of newsstand magazines. I love that the short films are viewable right in the pages!

This is a really great looking mag, the stories and short films are a cool insight into the small film industry.

Wonderful mix of entertainment via two fun shorts and insightful interviews of the creative minds that produce these sparkling little gems.

What a great idea! Artists of any kind need more exposure and this is a perfect venue for it! Cant wait for the next issue to come out to watch more!

Great magazine and is Free!

I read and watched through 2 editions and couldnt be more pleased. A lot of content and you get to have a look at what each filmmaker is talking about through the clips provided. Links included at the end of each article, so no surfing the web looking for obscure links, its all right in one spot. Im looking forward to a new issue. Keep up he good work, its great.

Im a huge indie film and movie fan in general. This mag exposes me to some storytelling I might not have otherwise seen! Love

I just received an iPad for my birthday and discovered this great magazine. I love the gorgeous photography, the thoughtful interviews, and the simple fact that you can watch so many interesting and varied films directly within the Magazine without Any extra costs. Highly recommend. They are currently offering a free subscription, along with that free issues already available. =)

I found GoFilm Social a really good magazine for the indie/ short film business. I love to read the stories behind the scenes... How directors and writers get inspired, the way they think... Such an inspiring stories.
